Hacer accessed significant funding from a Property Development Grant, negotiated major ground issues and a highly confined space to construct a bespoke modern new headquarters for this well known Housing Association.

Hacer was approached by Bro Myrddin HA who were looking for construct a new headquarters. The site in the centre of Carmarthen town centre had significant challenges, namely possible archaeology on the site, old ground structures and a very confined space.

Hacer worked closely with Architects, Engineers and consultant archaeologists to resolve the challenges, delivering a three storey, people friendly office on schedule. Hacer utilised the latest PV photovoltaic integrated solar tiles for maximum energy efficiency.
