Hacer converted this derelict sixties built former office building in the centre of Aberystwyth in to bespoke student accommodation with all the modern amenities fit for the 21st century students’ needs. It was delivered on time for the start of the new University term.
Liaising with the Local Authority and one the UK’s biggest property companies, Hacer resolved complex lease and legal challenges and a very confined space to turn the project in to reality.
The accommodation was carefully and cost effectively designed with community clusters and communal kitchens on each floor to create open plan communal spaces in combination with private bedrooms for comfortable and harmonious student living.
The entire building was installed with a state of the art security system, to provide students with ultimate safety as well as Wi-Fi throughout and energy saving insulation for low energy use.
